Privacy
For users of professional paint brushes and all other DIY products, Bee Gee collects only voluntarily submitted personal information during the course of its business, through its web site, via email, fax and telephone etc. This is to enable us process your requests for professional paint brushes and all other DIY products. Relevant information is used by us to provide you with the service you have asked for. No information is ever sold to mailing lists or other third-party organisations.

We also track and monitor visitors usage and traffic throughout our site for statistical purposes using the services of third parties. Such information is not correlated with specific users or individuals.


Cancellation, refunds, returning goods, damages to the professional paint brushes and other DIY products etc.

Damages, wrong items, short delivered items.
Please check your order for professional paint brushes and all other DIY products very carefully and immediately after it has been delivered. Also please ensure you store the items (such as professional paint brushes and all other DIY products) you have ordered in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. You must advise us of any damages by 2.00pm on the next working day following delivery. You must advise us of any wrong items and short delivered items within 2 working days of receiving your order. To ensure a speedy response, you should notify us by telephone (Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm) on 01527 837001 or email using the contact form.
Please make sure you quote your full order reference number which can be found at the top left hand corner of the delivery note. The delivery note will either be inside the box or packaging, or, sealed in a plastic documents enclosed wallet and stuck to the outside of the box or packaging. Please keep all your packaging in case we need to arrange for collection.

Faulty professional paint brushes and all other goods
We will replace any goods (including professional paint brushes and all other DIY products) found to be faulty up to 3 months after delivery, so please make sure you check the items you have ordered within a reasonable time of receiving them. All of our products will perform as directed in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. However, we do not accept responsibility for application and conditions, as we cannot control the conditions under which products we supply are used or applied. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds for professional paint brushes and all other goods
All goods will be refunded if they are returned to us unused, and in their original condition, including packaging, within 21 days from receiving your delivery. Customers must make their own arrangements for returning such goods at their own cost.

You should ensure that items are properly packaged and insured against loss and damage before returning them to the address shown at the bottom of your delivery note, together with a copy of your invoice and a short note explaining that you would like a refund. We cannot accept any responsibility for item's which are lost, or damaged upon arrival at our premises. Note: we try to discourage customers from returning liquid products - unless they are properly packaged for transit, they generally arrive damaged, which prevents us from refunding the cost of these items.

Cancellation
Customers should email us using the contact form or telephone (01527 837001) us in good time if they wish to cancel their order. Orders generally leave our warehouse just after lunch every working day, and customers will be sent an email confirming despatch of their order sometime after 5:00pm. Unfortunately once goods have left our warehouse it is not possible for us to stop them from being delivered, and it therefore becomes the customers responsibility to return them to us (see 'Refunds' above).


Methods of payment for professional paint brushes and all other goods

You may order and pay for your goods in several ways:
The easiest way is to pay securely online by credit/debit card. Order and pay securely online using Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch/Maestro or Solo credit/debit cards.

Post your order for professional paint brushes and all other goods with credit/debit card details;

Order online, print out your order and send it to us by post, together with your credit/debit card details, and delivery address. The delivery address which you provide at the time of placing your order must be either the cardholders address (as shown on your card statement), or an alternative business address which we can verify (such as your place of work).

Order online, print out your order and send it to us by post, together with a cheque (in 'Pounds Sterling', drawn on a UK bank, and made payable to Bee Gee Brushes Ltd.). Your order will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared. This takes approximately 11 working days from the time we receive your cheque.
